You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

In case of return due to change of mind you will be asked to pay the shipping costs for returning the item. In the event of a return due to non-conformity or defects, the Camomilla Srl company will collect the item without any charge for transport.

Before returning, always make sure that the items are in the same condition in which you received them and that they do not show any wear; and if possible keep the original box and packaging for shipping.

Camomilla Milano refunds within 30 days both on current account and on the PayPal circuit (in case the payment was made via this means).
